 We have found the best international shipping method to be UPS EXPRESS for on time and safe delivery and have no problems. However, we have no control over International shipping times, but we insure all packages for you in case of loss. Please contact us if you would like to make any changes to your shipping method. We send all packages INSURED via USPS for international shipments. Therefore, if your package says "delivered" and you have not received it, please let us know and we will start the production process again for your order.
